Tamera Mowry recently got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Adam Hously who is a FOX News Correspondent. He popped the question while they were on vacation in Europe. Tamera confirmed the news via twitter, and also shot down rumors that this is her second engagement (it’s actually her first). Congratulations!

Rihanna has added another job to her resume…acting! Rihanna has signed on to star in Universal’s Battleship alongside Alexander Skarsgard (True Blood) and Taylor Kitsch (Friday Night Lights). Director Peter Berg is expected to beging shooting the film soon (which is based on Hasbro’s combat-style boardgame). Battleship is scheduled to be released on May 25, 2012 which takes place across the seas, over the skies and land in a battle for planet survival against a superior force. Congrats to Rihanna!

In other Rihanna news, after her recent concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last week, Rihanna sat down with Access Hollywood. She shared why she chose to be a part of Eminem’s song “Love the Way You Lie.” Check out the video after the break!

A couple of days ago, a Kim Kardashian fan hit her up on social networking site Twitter to let her know she was about to receive plastic surgery to look like her. The fan stated that her husband is obsessed with Kim and she knows the surgery would make him stay with her. Kim immediately urged the fan to not go through with the surgery. Kim is right on with this one! You should never go under the knife to look like someone else (especially not to make someone else happy). Hopefully the fan (who deleted her twitter page) will take Kim’s advice and NOT go through with the surgery.
