Kardashian’s lawsuit says consumers may be confused by the ads and the model’s actual endorsements, which include her own clothing store and shoe line. A commercial, titled, “Super C-U-T-E,” began airing in February and Old Navy is still using some of the promotions, the lawsuit states.
“Old Navy used Kardashian’s likeness in the form of a celebrity look-alike, and styled the infringing ads to evoke Kardashian’s identity and persona,” said a statement from Kardashian’s lawyers, citing the lawsuit.
Kim is suing the company in order for them to stop the campaign. A spokesperson for Gap Inc. had no comment in regards to lawsuit.

Prince performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Monday. During his performance he invited reality TV star Kim Kardashian on stage to dance with him.
