News: Janet Jackson to Headline Essence Music Festival

This is exciting news!!! My favorite singer and idol Janet Jackson will headline the 2010 Essence Music Festival 4th of July Weekend in New Orleans, Essence announced today. Janet Jackson will open up the music festival with a HOT performance on Friday, July 2nd. Make sure you get your tickets now (I know I am). Will you be there? This performance will be Jackson’s debut at the ESSENCE Music Festival, as well as her first full concert since 2008.
