Janet Jackson opened up the American Music Awards with an 8 minute medley of her greatest hits and also her new single, “Make Me.” I enjoyed her performance as I always do! I thought she did a phenomenal job! Check out the video below.

Jennifer Lopez released her new video “Fresh Out the Oven” ft Pitbull. This “buzz single” will be featured on her upcoming album entitled, Love? which will be in stores January 26, 2010. “Lola” aka Jennifer Lopez will be performing at the American Music Awards this Sunday. Mario Andrette O’Neill who is accused of kidnapping Shaniya Davis more than a week ago, has been charged with first-degree rape and murder of a child. Shaniya was last seen being carried by Mario on a hotel surveillance camera in Sanford, NC. Preliminary autopsy reports indicate Shaniya died from asphyxiation according to the Fayetteville Police Department. Final reports of the autopsy are pending while further tests are being conducted. Shaniya’s mother, Antoinette Davis is being held on human trafficking and child prostitution charges. According to reports, Antoinette had trafficked her daughter in order to pay off a drug debt.

Ow! I can’t say that I disagree with People Magazine on this one! Johnny Depp is People Magazine’s 2009 ‘Sexiest Man Alive.’ This is his second time winning the title (his first time was in 2003). George Clooney and Brad Pitt are the only other men to be named ‘Sexiest Man Alive’twice. I personally LOVED him as Edward Scissorhands and Willy Wonka! Here is what People Magazine had to say:
